A Las Vegas man who had already been shot by his ex-wife was shot again by police who said they had no choice but to open fire.

Dennis Lovelady, 27, was in stable condition Monday recovering from gunshot wounds from police and from his former wife, who had shot him in the leg during a domestic disturbance.
